The following document explains’s return policy for store products. In this document “the company”, “our”, “us” and “we” refers to staff and crew.

Returning Your Product

Our customers can return their products within 30 calendar days after the purchase, provided the items are in good condition.

– 30-Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product or cannot use it in your desired environment, you can return your items within 30 calendar days after the original delivery date. The requirements are as follows:

  • Provide a reference to your delivery date.
  • The product must be undamaged and placed in its original packaging with all accessories, and in its original condition.
  • Provide photo/video evidence of the product’s condition.

You must package and ship the items safely for return to our headquarters.

When the devices arrive, your purchase will be fully refunded, excluding the shipment fee, within 7 business days.

– Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from refunds for non-defective returns to cover handling and processing costs.

– Accidental Damages During Shipment

If your product is damaged due to shipping, you can request a replacement free of charge. However, we require you to:

  • Notify us about the damages within 5 days of delivery.
  • Provide photo/video evidence showing the damages.

Failure to report a damaged product within the specified time frame will not grant you free shipping for the replacement. However, you are entitled to the warranty on the product, in which case we will provide you a new set after you have paid for the shipping.
